Primary Involvement
Day-to-day I work to improve my client's campaign performance. I will monitor chat logs and add permutations and keyword strings to make sure all questions are being answered to improve customer service. I also run split tests on opening messages, chat windows, agents etc to improve sales and conversions.

The relaxed atmosphere in the office, it really makes the job enjoyable and makes the 15 hour days fly by.
