We don't believe in suits
At Just Develop it we don't believe in suits or smart casual. Shorts, t-shirts and flip flops is about as smart as we get. So ditch the stuffy corporate image, grab your jeans and hoodie and enjoy coming into a casual, relaxed work environment. On a daily basis you will see our CEO rocking shorts, t-shirts and nothing else, not even socks! Just develop it also has branded t-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants and hats for the team working on any specific project.
Box Fresh Trainers
There is plenty of competition amongst the staff when it comes to trainers, everybody wants to be in the freshest pair of trainers; Nike 6.0, Nike Dunks, DC's, Converse, Vans and Adidas high tops are all regulars on the office floor. If you come along, make sure you're 'box fresh' with your trainers.
Don't let the casual dress code fool you though, the Just Develop it team is incredibly hard working and talent packed. At any one time you will find our staff working 'flat out' on any one of our 23 Brands.
