I'm a personal account manager for newly assigned accounts. I take on new intellichat clients accounts and make sure they get setup as quickly, as smoothly and as effectively as possible to maximize conversion.

Why did you want to work for Intellichat?
I wanted to work for a company that has a big influence on the web; I think we can say Intellichat does, it won't be long before all online support is automated.
Favourite aspect of your job
Working with people from all over the world, and getting to travel and world to meet with some of them.
Where do you see Intellichat in a year?
I see Intellichat becoming more than just a sales agent. Our systems are becoming more & more advanced each day and soon Intellichat is going to be capable of offering basic customer support backed by real people for support questions our virtual sales agents can't handle.
